Steps
- Reserve the company name at COJ.
- File the Articles of Incorporation (Form 1A) with the directors' and secretary's details.
- Pay the incorporation fee.
- Within days of approval, apply for the company TRN and open the company bank account.
After incorporation
- Annual returns must be filed every year, with a fee.
- Keep a minute book and register of directors — tenders and lenders ask for them.
